Lee Broekman

Lee Broekman, principal of Organic Communication, provides communication and management guidance to professionals and firms. An expert in persuasion, presentation and interpersonal communication, Lee trains decision makers in top organizations to communicate, collaborate and innovate naturally and effectively. Lee is a frequent speaker in legal and business gatherings. She coaches AmLaw 100 law firm leaders and senior managers of Fortune 1000 companies. A communication lecturer for over 15 years, Lee has taught courses at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Marshall School of Business, guest teaches at the UCLA School of Law, teaches at American Jewish University, and is on the executive leadership faculty of the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, California. A richly varied background in political communications as an L.A. City Council spokesperson, campaign media advisor, ambassadorial scholar to the Netherlands and political lobbyist, has ultimately laid the strong foundation (and countless stories) Lee has to teach professionals to work with different people under stressful situations.

 

Kathleen Schafer

Kathleen Schafer is principal of Leadership Connection and an innovator of leadership development programs and curriculums. She specializes in guiding leaders and their organizations to reach goals through engaged employees that lead through the alignment of their true talents with their roles and responsibilities In addition to her more than 25 years experience as a leadership coach, published author and in-demand public speaker, Kathleen has worked with C-Suite executives in the private and public sectors guiding them to greater professional success and societal impact through her innovative approach. Her professional achievements include the development of leadership programs at Michigan State University and The George Washington University, working with clients at the United Nations, US Department of State, the US Green Building Council and the American Medical Association among numerous other domestic and international organizations.
