Stacey is an executive coach and facilitator, with a focus on talent management, career development and diversity and inclusion. She draws on 17 years as a lawyer and trusted advisor to leaders of large international law firms, where she has coached hundreds of professionals, helping them to develop skills, habits, self-awareness and confidence that transform behavior and maximize impact. Stacey has developed and delivered interactive, customized training and programming on a range of topics including career strategy, performance management and feedback, mentoring, business development and networking, career transition and interview skills, diversity and inclusion, reducing unconscious bias and career re-entry. Stacey practiced as a litigator at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and held leadership positions in professional development and diversity and inclusion at Weil Gotshal & Manges, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Proskauer.

Kathleen Schafer is principal of Leadership Connection and an innovator of leadership development programs and curriculums. She specializes in guiding leaders and their organizations to reach goals through engaged employees that lead through the alignment of their true talents with their roles and responsibilities In addition to her more than 25 years experience as a leadership coach, published author and in-demand public speaker, Kathleen has worked with C-Suite executives in the private and public sectors guiding them to greater professional success and societal impact through her innovative approach. Her professional achievements include the development of leadership programs at Michigan State University and The George Washington University, working with clients at the United Nations, US Department of State, the US Green Building Council and the American Medical Association among numerous other domestic and international organizations.

Mayrav Saar is a seasoned public relations professional with an expertise in thought leadership and a background in the disparate worlds of medicine, technology, fashion and pop culture/entertainment. After a 20-year career as an award winning journalist, Mayrav parlayed her expertise into an effective thought leadership portfolio. She is dedicated to framing clients’ narratives into messages of resonant meaning and enjoys helping other writers hone their craft. Mayrav is based in Los Angeles and has three children, two dogs and one husband.

Judith writes and speaks regularly on issues of well being and the high-achieving professional. She creates programs for executives who are driven to thrive both professionally and personally. Judith practiced law before her segue into business communications. She was Associate Director of Communications at the Milken Institute, a nonpartisan economic think tank, and she headed the marketing and professional development department for Buchalter Nemer, a full-service business law firm.
