Facing Change and Challenge in a Client-Driven Market

The market has changed to what is now, more than ever, a buyer’s market – with clients in the driver’s seat. This reality calls for organizations to develop and adopt innovative strategies in order to deliver high quality and responsive services, and thrive. At this program, attendees will learn how to meet challenges head-on by developing innovative, collaborative efforts, and cross-selling platforms that will ultimately keep and grow business.

Lee Broekman, principal of Organic Communication, trains decision makers in top organizations to communicate, collaborate and innovate naturally and effectively. She coaches AmLaw 100 law firm leaders and senior managers of Fortune 1000 companies. Lee shows executives and attorneys how to attract clients, increase productivity, innovate service and adopt smart strategies. A professor for more than 15 years, Lee has taught courses at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Marshall School of Business and guest teaches at UCLA.

Judith Gordon, also a principal of Organic Communication, focuses on communication, collaborative leadership and professional direction to law firms and high achieving professionals. Judith helps attorneys, legal professionals and executives grow professionally, enhance their reputations, and lead more productive, satisfying lives. Judith is on faculty at UCLA School of Law, and is a certified mediator and coach with expertise in social and emotional intelligence. She served as the director of marketing and professional development at Buchalter Nemer for nearly a decade. Judith practiced law before her segue into business communications.
